“This light, golden crepe is fabulous served with maple syrup or your favorite fruit preserves!”
Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
|
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
|
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Melt butter in 2 glass pie pans. Be care not to burn. |

In a medium bowl, mix in milk, eggs and salt. Whip in Flour until a bit foamy. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. |

Bake on center rack in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. |
